Vintage Rare Thai Burmese Marionette Puppet Theater Myauk Hanuman
Up for sale is a vintage unique Thai Burmese Theater Myauk
marionette puppet.
I'm guessing this is Hanuman the Monkey God.
Handmade marionette puppet. 25" tall. Wooden H cross has 5
strings to both sides of the head, both shoulders and movable mouth.
6 individual strings control elbows, wrists, jointed fingers, thighs and feet.
With one string attached to the back of the neck.
Made of wood and fabric. All in need of some gentle loving care. The right thumb is
broken and missing.
Very cool large Thai Burmese Theater Myauk marionette puppet.
