Vintage 1992 Thai Bronze Temple Guardian FOO Dog Singha Lion Vintage with Gilt and Patina.
Hollow bronze medium/large sculpture/figure.

This is a full, life-size, wearable handmade face mask that is open at the bottom where one would place their head in to wear it.
Eye holes built into the mask.
The display pedestal stand is the original stand purchased and made in Thailand as well.
Condition: New (as in unused and has never been on display) Excellent.

I purchased this in the spring of 1992 at a visit to a regional local artisan shop during a trip throughout Thailand while working on a television show.
It has been in climate controlled dark storage facility for 29 years.
It has always been in a smoke-free and odor-free environment.
Some tarnish which I decided to leave as is because it should be professionally handled and cleaned.
No cracks.
Very little surface wear although I did notice two small white marks on the back right top of the hind quarter.
There is a metal piece loose within the statue that seems permanently stuck in there.
Has an excellent bronze patina with heavy gilt.
