    I have a large amount of textiles that I bought over the last 35 years so I have decided to sell a lot of them . This is a very finely embroidered bag, original as the Akha themselves use, with intricate cross stitching, from the Akha Hill Tribe of Burma or Thailand.. The rows of geometric embroidery show stylized features of the surrounding landscape. Rayon .. 11" x 10" and the strap is 36" long... I bought this from an Akha lady who was wearing it but I have known her for 30 years so she flashed her black, betel stained teeth in a big smile, & said Thoklung kaa, which means all right then I will sell you it..
