Very rare antique Nang Talung puppets from Thailand. This is a traditional shadow puppet made of leather or hide and hand cut. The main puppet is jointed. The dog puppet is not. Both puppets still have their original sticks attached. The main puppet is about 22” tall not including the stick. The dog puppet is just over 9” long. These are beautiful original pieces that are rarely seen. The frame is 32”x22”. The frame does have some scuffs and scrapes, but this piece still displays very well.
