How to use pizza peel:
1. Please install the handle before using, rotate the wood handle to the pizza peel blade clockwise until it can not be rotated, so as to avoid the instability of pizza peel when using.
2. Sprinkle with flour, cornmeal or milled wheat bran, and then the pizza, bread and baked goods can slide easily onto the 12" pizza peel.
3. Rotate the wood handle counter clockwise before storage.
