    Description

    1-1/4" Schedule 40 ( 1.66" OD) Pipe Notcher for Scotchman  Ironworkers:
    Standard Series # 1000 attachment unit with 1-1/4" pipe knife set that fits
    Scotchman Punch Tables bolt pattern
    .
    The power cavity will require either a Scotchman pusher unit or a home-made pusher to close the open height.
    The #1000 pipe notching unit copes
    1-1/4" schedule 40 pipe, both sides at 90 degrees in two press cycles
    .
    All cutting edges are manufactured from A2 & D2
    air-hardened
    tool steels.  The punch has two drilled & tapped bolt holes with the bolts included to attached to pusher.
    Other Insert knifes are sold separately. The housing will accept knifes to 2.5" OD tube and 2" sch 40 pipe.
